Shipping & Delivery Policy

1) FORMAL INTRODUCTION
The portal, www.Oftrade.app (“Website”), and the mobile application ‘Oftrade.app’ (“App”) (collectively the “Platforms”) are managed and operated by Parallel Space Studio Private Limited (“Oftrade.app” or “We”), a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at 2nd floor, Om Ganga Complex ,Saguna-Khagual Rd ,Infront of Godavari Palace , Noor Colony Balaji Nagar , New Tarachak , Patna, Bihar-801503, India. Oftrade.app is engaged in the wholesale and retail trade in the home improvement sector, as well as the sale of their allied and auxiliary products (“Product” or “Products”), through brick and mortar stores and through its Platforms, as well as the provision of other home design and decor solutions (collectively as “Services”) to Platform users (“User” or “You” or “Your”).

2) OBJECTIVE OF THIS DELIVERY POLICY

2.1. This delivery policy (“Delivery Policy”), in conjunction with the “Terms of Use,” defines Oftrade.app’s policies and procedures for delivering Products ordered on the Platforms. Oftrade.app makes every commercially reasonable effort to ensure that Products are delivered to Users on time.

2.2. Users must read and comprehend the conditions of this Delivery Policy. If You do not agree to the provisions of this Delivery Policy, You should not accept the provisions of Use and the Delivery Policy and should immediately leave and stop using the Platforms. The conditions of this Delivery Policy shall be accepted without alteration, and You agree to be bound by the terms of this Delivery Policy.

2.3. In the event of a dispute or discrepancy between the terms mentioned in the Delivery Policy and the Terms of Use, the provision of the Delivery Policy shall take precedence to the extent of such conflict or discrepancy.

3) DELIVERY TERMS
3.1. Oftrade.app collaborates with third-party logistics service providers (“Logistic Partners”) to deliver Products to Users. Oftrade.app will give the User with shipment details once the purchased Products have been handed over to the Logistic Partner. On the order confirmation page, the User will also be given an anticipated delivery date for the acquired Product. Oftrade.app may also deliver Products to Users without the assistance of Logistic Partners.

3.2. While Oftrade.app intends to provide its services through the Platforms and ensure the delivery of its Products throughout India, Oftrade.app currently has a limited list of regions where delivery can be made. Users are needed to input their pin-code data when making an order for the purchase of Products on the Platforms to verify if deliveries can be made in their locations. Oftrade.app will be unable to process the order further if the region where the User intends the purchased Products to be delivered is not within Oftrade.app’s recognised delivery network.

3.3. Prior to making payments for Products on the Platforms, the User will be asked to enter a shipping address. When providing shipping address details, the User should ensure that they offer correct, comprehensive, and accurate information, as well as enough landmarks to aid in address recognition. Oftrade.app will not be liable at any time for any failure or delay in delivering the ordered Products caused by the User’s failure to submit correct, complete, and accurate information. Oftrade.app will be unable to amend the delivery address of an order once it has been placed and processed.

3.4. While Oftrade.app will use reasonable efforts to ensure that ordered Products are delivered to its Users on time, delivery may be delayed due to: In the event of a delay, Oftrade.app may, but is not bound to, make reasonable efforts to notify the User by writing to his/her registered email account and/or mobile number. Oftrade.app disclaims any and all liability arising from its failure to notify the User of anticipated delays in the delivery of ordered Products on the Platforms. Further, Oftrade.app shall be under no obligation to compensate the User for any mental agony or any tortuous claim that may otherwise arise on account of a delay in the shipment and delivery or use of the purchased Products. Should the user unavailable to receive the products purchased, Oftrade.app reserves the right to cancel the order pertaining to the purchase products at its sole discretion.

 3.5.Oftrade receives a Store, as an internal process, conducts several due diligences to ensure that their delivery executives and the workers hired by their Logistic Partners are people who value ethics and honesty. Oftrade.app, on the other hand, cannot ensure that its own delivery executives or personnel of its Logistic Partners behave in a manner that radiates thorough professionalism, competence, and good manners. It is expressly stated that any ill-mannerism, impoliteness, discourtesy, or offensiveness displayed by Oftrade.app’s delivery executives or employees of the Logistic Partners is beyond Oftrade.app’s control, and any issue arising between a User and Oftrade.app’s delivery executive or an employee of the Logistic Provider must be resolved independently by the User.

3.6. Following the successful placement of an order on the Platforms and the successful handover of the purchased Product(s) to Oftrade.app’s Logistic Partner, the User will receive a unique tracking identity number, which will allow the User to track the status of delivery of the purchased Products. The User may utilise the tracking identifying number on the Platforms or the Logistic Partner’s website and/or mobile application to determine the location of the purchased Product and the estimated time of delivery. Oftrade.app should make reasonable efforts to ensure that the tracking status of purchased Products is updated on a timely basis. Oftrade.app, however, does not guarantee the correctness of the tracking status because it is updated in real-time and is subject to errors due to time lags in updating the information and other issues outside Oftrade.app’s control. 

3.7. Oftrade.app retains the right to levy shipping fees for Products sold on its platform and paid for via pay on delivery or any other online payment method. If charged, such charges will not be refunded to the User on cancellations or returns made after the shipment of the purchased Products, except in the case of a Product that was defective at the time of delivery (for reasons attributable to and accepted by Oftrae.app after due verification at its sole discretion). Title and risk of loss for any bought Products shall pass to the User upon their delivery to the User.

3.8. Product returns and exchanges will be handled by Oftrade.app’s reverse-logistics partners or its own delivery executives. The Return and Refund Policy contains additional information on how Users may execute returns and exchanges of purchased Products. Returns and refunds can only be done after the order has been delivered and the cash has been paid to the delivery agent.

acts of God such as floods, earthquakes, etc.; and government / local body imposed lockdowns; outbreak of a pandemic / epidemic; 

and other unforeseen circumstances.

4) GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL
