Cancellation, return & refund policy

1) FORMAL INTRODUCTION
The portal, www.Oftrade.app.com (“Website”), and the mobile application ‘Oftrade.app’ (“App”) (collectively the “Platforms”) are managed and operated by Parallel Space Studio Private Limited (“Oftrade.app” or “We”), a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at 2nd floor, Om Ganga Complex ,Saguna-Khagual Rd ,Infront of Godavari Palace , Noor Colony Balaji Nagar , New Tarachak , Patna, Bihar-801503, India. Mistry.Store is engaged in the wholesale and retail trade in the home improvement sector, as well as the sale of their allied and auxiliary products (“Product” or “Products”), through brick and mortar stores and through its Platforms, as well as the provision of other home design and decor solutions (collectively, the “Services”) to Platform users (“User” or “You” or “Your”).

2) THE POLICY’S OBJECTIVES
2.1. In order to ensure User satisfaction, Oftrade.app’s cancellation, return, and refund policy (“Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy”), along with the terms of use at www.oftrade.app, sets out Oftrade.app’s procedures and policies for accepting: (a) Product cancellations before the Product is delivered to a User; or (b) Product returns after the Product has been delivered to a User after purchase from the Platforms. Users may return or cancel Products under the terms and conditions outlined in this Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy.

2.2. Users must read and comprehend the conditions of this Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy. If You do not agree to the provisions in this Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy, You should not accept the terms of use and should immediately leave and stop using the Platforms. The conditions of this Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy shall be accepted without alteration, and by making a request for purchase of Product(s) on the Platforms, You agree to be bound by the terms included herein.

3) CANCELLATION TERMS
3.1. Cancellation prior to shipment.

3.1.1 A User may cancel orders in whole or in part before they are shipped from Oftrade.app.

3.1.2 The user will be assigned a unique order ID, which he or she can use to follow the status of the transaction.

3.1.3 Should the User elect to cancel the purchase prior to the invoicing of the acquired Products, the User may do so using the App/website in the my account section.

3.1.4 Request a refund Oftrade.app shall begin refunds within 2 (two) business days after receiving the request from the User in all cases of cancellation prior to the shipping of the purchased Products.

3.1.5 In the event of a prepaid payment made through any channel, the refund will be issued to the original form of payment and/or to the User’s Oftrade.app wallet. All refunds are subject to any applicable costs levied by the User’s bank.

Cancellation after dispatch (3.2). Cancellation after invoicing will be handled in the same manner as returns.

4) RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns for returnable products must be started within 7 days of product delivery, subject to the other terms and conditions of this Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy. Please read all sections carefully to understand the conditions and circumstances under which returns will be accepted, and consult the Products display page for Product-specific return information. (Subject to Paragraph 4.7, please retain the item in its original condition, including the outer box or case, user manual, warranty cards, and any other accessories in manufacturer packaging, for a successful return pick-up.)

4.1. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Users are not permitted to return certain Products that are marked as ‘non-returnable’ on the relevant Product pages of the Platforms, and (b) Such Products may be returned only in the case of defects or damages in the Products, incorrect products shipped to the User, missing components, and empty sealed packages, and not for any other reason.

4.2 The User may return Non-returnable Products only if there are defects or deficiencies in the Product (attributable to, and accepted by Oftrade.app after due verification at its sole discretion) or if such Non-returnable Products are delivered late (except in cases of force majeure, including COVID-19). The User must contact us via email at contact@dwellkraft.com to commence a return request for such Non-returnable Products no later than 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery of the Product.

4.3. Oftrade.app provides an easy return/refund policy, subject to the provisions of this Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy. Oftrade.app additionally permits partial returns, in which the user can request a return for one or all Products, with the exception of Bundled Packages (as stated below). The procedure for initiating a return/refund/exchange request is as follows:

Choose the order you want to return, then click “Return/Exchange” and follow the on-screen instructions to acquire a Return ID.
If the user utilised the pay on delivery mode of payment when creating this return / refund request, the user will be required to submit the customer’s bank and account details. This information will be used to reimburse the payment.
The Products will be collected within the timeframes specified by “Oftrade.app.
Only if the Products are received in line with the Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy will Oftrade.app commence the refund procedure.
Separate policies may apply on specific days as mentioned by Oftrade.app.

4.4. While raising a request for return on the Platforms, the User shall have the option to seek a refund of the monies paid by him/her towards the purchase of the Product. The User may be required to produce a copy of the original invoice at the time of placing a request for return of Products. The User shall ensure that the Product(s) being returned comply with the conditions set out under this Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy and are, among other conditions, unused with no damage and stains, with price label intact, all packaging material undamaged and unused. Oftrade.app reserves the right to alter and enforce this Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy at any time without having to serve a prior notice on the User. However, Oftrade.app will notify the Users of any change in the Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy by posting a notice on the homepage of the Platform.

4.5. If a User purchases Products that are part of a package of other Products or a promotional package (collectively, the “Bundled Package”), the User must return all Products that are part of the Bundled Package in order for Oftrade.app to process refunds.

4.6. Mistry will not accept returns or refunds for purchased products. Keep if:

Oftrade.app reserves the right to reject the return of the Product if: the price tags, brand tags, box, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories have been damaged or discarded by the User; the serial number / bar code of the Product, as applicable, does not match Oftrade.app’s records; and the accessories delivered with the Product (such as user manuals, etc.) are not returned in an undamaged condition.

There are any dents, scratches, tears, or other damage to the Products or any part thereof; the gifts accompanying the purchased Product have not been returned, or when returned, show signs of being used, washed, or defect; Oftrade.app is satisfied that the Product has been rendered defective or unusable; or the User in any way violates the Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy.

4.7. If a User returns a Product that is not accompanied by the accessories or other items that were originally bundled with such Product, Oftrade.app reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to (i) refuse to accept the return of such Product, (b) process any refund thereof, or (ii) deduct the amount payable in respect of such items from the amount of refund to which such User is entitled.

4.8. Oftrade.app shall commence a refund process for monies paid by the User towards the purchase of a Product if, after undertaking quality checks, it is determined that the Product being returned entitles the User to a refund. It is also stated that Oftrade.app is not required to make any refunds or returns on Products that it deems ineligible for refunds or returns based on such quality inspections.

4.9. It is expressly stated that a User’s refund entitlement includes cash paid towards shipping charges or any other such charges that may be applicable from time to time. These products’ delivery charges will be repaid in proportion to the quantity returned.

4.10 The amount of the refund will be refunded to the customer’s account within 2 to 5 working days of the merchandise being received in the warehouse Oftrade.app will use all reasonable efforts to keep the User informed of the status of the refund via updates sent to the User’s registered mobile number and email address. Oftrade.app disclaims any responsibilities arising from its failure to keep the User informed of the status of the refund.

4.11 If Oftrade.app accepts the refund request, the refund should be reflected in the User’s bank account and/or Oftrade.app Wallet within a reasonable time (subject to the policies of the User’s bank in the case of bank account/credit card refunds) from the date Oftrade.app initiates the refund.

4.12 Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and/or to the User’s Oftrade.app wallet.

4.13. Where a User has chosen the pay on delivery option for payment for the purchased Products,Oftrade.app will process all refunds into the User’s Oftrade.app Wallet or the User’s valid bank accounts, if the User provides details of such accounts to Oftrade.app at the time of refund. Furthermore, if the User utilised more than one (one) payment option to purchase Products on the Platforms, Oftrade.app must process all refunds using a Payment Option (as defined in the Fees and Payments Policy) that Oftrade.app deems fit to process such refunds in its sole discretion. On request, the sum reimbursed into a User’s Oftrade.app Wallet can be transferred to a bank account using the information provided would remain in the User’s Oftrade.app Wallet until refunded/exhausted for Platforms shopping.

4.14. Oftrade.app’s reverse-logistics partners facilitate the return of purchased products. When a User requests a return of a Product on the Platforms and Oftrade.app accepts the request, Oftrade.app’s reverse-logistics partners will contact the User to collect the purchased Products from the User and send them to Oftrade.app. While Oftade.app has made fair efforts to ensure delivery and pick-ups across different places in India, Oftrade.app currently has a limited list of areas where deliveries and pickups can be handled by its reverse-logistics partners. In the event that Oftrade.app is unable to arrange for a pick-up of the purchased Product for return from the User, the User must self-ship the Product to Oftrade.app’s shipping warehouse, the address of which will be communicated to the User upon filing such return request. When the User self-ships the Product to Oftrade.app’s warehouse, the User must scan the courier/postal receipt and email it to info@mistry.store for Oftrade.app’s records. The aforementioned return via self-shipping the Products is conditional on the returned Products passing quality control at Oftrade.app’s returns desk/warehouse, as specified in paragraph

4.15. If the User claims to have self-shipped the Product in accordance with the process outlined in paragraph [4.18] above and Oftrade.app does not receive the returned Product or the package containing such Product is empty, the User shall be required to submit to Oftrade.app the ‘proof of delivery’ received from the courier/postal agency to prove his/her claim of return of Products through self-shipment to Oftrade.app. It is expressly stated that any reimbursements will be performed by Oftrade.app only when it receives the returned Products and completes the appropriate quality checks as specified in paragraph [4.7] or receives the ‘proof of delivery’ from the User, as applicable.

5) REDRESSAL OF GRIEVANCE
You may direct any complaints about the Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy to Oftrade.app’s grievance officer, who can be reached at contact@dwellkraft.com.
