Its registered office is at 2nd floor, Om Ganga Complex, Saguna-Khagual Rd, Infront of Godavari Palace, Noor Colony Balaji Nagar ,New Tarachak, Patna, Bihar 801503,India, and its warehouse is at Plot no-24, CRPF Road, Sec – 61, Gurugram, “Mistry. Store” or a “Company” . Oftrade.app is in the wholesale and retail trade in the home improvement sector and allied auxiliary products, Display Stores and online (via its website www.mistry.store and/or mobile / tablet applications (“Platforms”), as well as providing other home design and decor solutions (“Services”) to Platform users (“Users”).

We consider that by subscribing to and/or commencing to participate in or use the website, you have fully read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions of this privacy policy. This Privacy Policy governs how Mistry. Store collects, uses, stores, and discloses information gathered from users. The Policy applies to all information held by Oftrade.app regarding you and your account. If you do not agree with or wish to be bound by the terms and conditions of this privacy statement, please do not use this website. Our privacy principles are as follows:

1. DATA COLLECTION
By simply accessing or using the Platforms, the User expressly consents to our use and dissemination of the User’s personal information in line with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is included into and subject to the Terms & Conditions. While Users may be able to explore certain portions of the Platforms without registering, please keep in mind that the Company does not offer any products or services through the Platforms outside of India.

The User may visit the Platforms without identifying himself/herself or disclosing any Personal Information. When a User chooses to use or sign up for any of the services or create an account, he or she is required to give Personal Information. At the time of User registration on the Platform, information such as, but not limited to, username, address, phone number, email address, gender, date and/or year of birth, and user preferences (“Registration Information”) may be collected.

The Company may also request your PAN, GST Number, Government issued ID cards/numbers, and Know-Your-Customer (KYC) details in order to: (i) check your eligibility for certain products and Services, including but not limited to credit and payment products; (ii) issue a GST invoice for the products and Services purchased for your business requirements; and (iii) improve your experience on the Platforms and provide you access to the products and Services offered by the Company.
You may be required to pay the Company with cash, credit card, wire transfer, debit card, or any other mode for the use of the Services and purchase of products through the Company’s third party payment gateway provider, and such third party payment gateway provider may be required to collect certain financial information from you including, but not limited to, your credit/debit card number or your bank account details (collectively referred to as “Financial I”).

All Financial Information acquired from Users by the Company’s third-party payment gateway providers will only be used for billing and payment operations. The User shall be solely responsible for verifying the Financial Information through an authentication process in which the Company shall play no role. In connection with any communication or transaction and payment services or any other services that you may avail using the Platform, information such as, but not limited to, bank account numbers, billing and delivery information, credit/debit card numbers and expiration dates, and tracking information from cheques or money orders (“Account Information”) may be collected to facilitate the sale and purchase as well as the settlement of purchase price (“Account Information”). Oftrade.app records and stores information about Users’ activity on the Platform. Information relating to communication or transactions, including, but not limited to, the types and specifications of the goods, pricing and delivery information, any dispute records, and any information disclosed in any communication forum provided by us and/or other Oftrade.app affiliated companies (“Activities Information”), may be collected as and when communication and/or transactions are conducted through the Platform.

Oftrade.app collects and stores information about Users’ browsing and purchasing activity on the Platform, such as IP addresses, browsing trends, and User behavioural patterns. Furthermore, we collect statistical information about the Platform and its visitors, such as IP addresses, browser software, operating system, software and hardware parameters, pages viewed, number of sessions, and unique visitors (collectively “Browsing Information”).
User Data includes Registration Information, Account Information, Activity Information, and Browsing Information.

2. APPLICATION OF USER DATA
If you supply Oftrade.app with any User Data, you are understood to have given Oftrade.app permission to collect, maintain, and use the User Data for the following purposes:

Identity verification of the user;
Processing user registration, issuing a log-in ID for the Platform, and storing and monitoring user registration
Customer service and responding to User(s) inquiries, feedback, claims, or disputes;
To promote communication between Platform Users and/or to handle Platform User transactions;

3. DISCLOSURE OF USER INFORMATION

User also agrees that Oftrade.app may disclose and transfer User Data to third-party service providers (such as data entry, database management, promotions, product and service alerts, delivery services, payment extension services, authentication and verification services, and logistics services) (“Service Providers”). These Service Providers are bound by Oftrade.app‘s confidentiality obligations and are only entitled to use User Data for the purposes mentioned in clause 2 above. Oftrade.app‘s related companies and/or their designated Service Providers agree to disclose and transmit User Data to Oftrade.app.

Oftrade.app may share User Data with third parties, such as banks, financial institutions, credit agencies, or suppliers, in order for such third parties to offer their products or services to such Users. While Oftrade.app will make every effort to have internal procedures in place to keep User Data safe from intruders, there is no guarantee that such measures/procedures will eliminate all risks of theft, loss, or abuse. Oftrade.app may form relationships with third parties and websites in order to provide Users with items and services that Oftrade.app does not provide. 4. RIGHT TO UPDATE USER INFORMATION

Under relevant legislation, User(s) have the right to access personal information kept by Oftrade.app and to request that the information be updated or corrected.

5. COOKIES
Oftrade.app employs “cookies” to save particular information about Users and monitor their visits to the Sites. A “cookie” is a little piece of data provided to the user’s browser and kept on the user’s device. 6. MINORITIES
Minors (those under the age of 18) are not targeted by the Platform or its contents. Oftrade.app, on the other hand, has no way of determining the age of persons who use our Platform.
